BROKEN WORK

Our team at Báhoo Studio takes the utmost care in the handling of all student and member work. In the event of damage or loss of a piece Báhoo will make the necessary effort to return the piece to the creator, but we do not take responsibility for any pieces that break during the firing process.

DATE NIGHT/ WORKSHOPS

ITEMS KEPT: All items that are kept from a date night and/or a workshop must be paid for at the end of the workshop. Each item kept is $10 and this fee is non-refundable unless accidentally broken by one of our staff. Please keep in mind! - Ceramic items are very prone to breaking if they have not been made properly.

PICK UP: All date night items take up to 4-6 weeks to be completed. In order to pick up your work all students must contact us directly via email or instagram DM to schedule a pick up time. Our studio is by appointment only and pick-up times change and vary. Students have exactly one month to pick up their work after it has been completed before it is donated or thrown away. Due to high volumes of ceramic items in our studio, we are not responsible for holding on to any work that is unclaimed or not communicated about to a member of our team after it has been completed. In the event that you do not contact us within the given window to pick up your pieces, any and all fees that have been paid to Bahoo Studio are non-refundable.

ANTI-HARASSMENT & ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

Our studio does not tolerate any form of intimidation, harassment, or discrimination amongst our team, our students, or our community.
